Introduction: The lack of rapid and reliable triaging family history (FH) assessment tool in clinics
is contributing to unmet FH need in our service. Software based tools are unwieldy
and not routinely used in busy clinics. Instead, clinical assessment is relied upon
but this is unreliable and a potential clinical risk.
