Introduction: Birt-Hogg-Dube syndrome is an autosomal dominant condition characterised most commonly by benign skin hamartomas, pulmonary cysts, recurrent pneumothoraces and an increased risk of renal tumours. We present the case of a 33 yr old male who was referred with a 3 cm indeterminate adrenal lesion.
