Laparoscopic adrenalectomy is a safe technique for adrenocortical carcinomas with favourable outcomes

      Abstract: Guidelines have recommended that patients undergoing potential curative surgery for adrenocortical tumours should have their procedure performed via an open approach rather than laparoscopy to ensure R0 resection and reduce the risk of local recurrence. The aim of this study was to describe the laparoscopic experience of treating adrenocortical cancers at tertiary care centre in the west of Scotland.
